Introduction
God is not calling you to crawl through the valley but to take flight. The prophet promises it: those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Like the eagle that lets the wind carry it higher, you can rise above the storms and see clearly what others cannot make out. This rising is not a race driven by pride; it is born of patient, trusting waiting on God.

The heart of the prayer
Prayer
Lord, I praise You, for those who trust in You renew their strength, and I put my trust in You. Thank You for renewing my strength every morning and carrying me on Your wings as You carried Your people out of Egypt. Teach me to wait in peace, to run without growing weary, and to walk without fainting. Give me Your vision so I can see every situation from above. I mount up like the eagle, in the joy of Your presence. Keep me humble on the heights and full of compassion for those around me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
