I Am Promoted Through the Fire

A prayer for promotion and recognition

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Isaiah 43:2 (KJV)

Introduction

Every trial can become the doorway to a hidden promotion. God does not send hardship to punish you; right in the middle of it, He is working to position you. Where you thought you were losing, He is preparing your testimony. The fire will not burn you: it will refine you for glory. The prophet promised it: when you walk through the fire, God is with you, and the flame will not consume you. Declare these words knowing you will come out of the fire higher than you went in.

The heart of the prayer

Prayer

Father, I praise You, for Your promise stands: when I pass through the waters, You are with me, and the flame will not set me ablaze. Thank You for Your faithful presence at every step. Keep my heart in gentleness, trust, and peace. You turn every season into a step toward what You have prepared. Increase my greatness and comfort me on every side. I receive Your strength and a deeper closeness with You. And when You lift me up, keep my heart humble, so that my promotion serves others and brings glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Key Line
