Introduction
Before the miracle can burst forth, the stone must be moved. At the tomb of Lazarus, Jesus did not begin by calling the dead man out: He first told them to take away the stone. The same is true in your life. Hidden obstacles, such as doubt, old fears, and inherited burdens, can hold back what God has already declared alive. Today you answer His voice, and no stone will stay in place.

The heart of the prayer
Prayer
Father, I praise You, for at the tomb of Lazarus, Your Son said, “Take away the stone,” and life came forth. Thank You that Your resurrection power is at work in my life today. Every stone, seen or hidden, rolls away at Your word, and what You have declared alive rises up. I hear the voice of Jesus calling me by name; I step out into the light, and He looses me from everything that binds. Give me strength to walk each day in the freedom He won for me. May my life become a testimony of Your resurrection power. In Jesus’ name, amen.
