Introduction
Every day, life leads you through encounters, journeys, and places that are sometimes full of tension. But a child of God never walks alone: the Lord’s presence surrounds you like a wall of fire. He who keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps, and He watches over your going out and your coming in. No fear, no heavy atmosphere, no dark influence can prevail over the one who abides under the protection of the Most High.

The heart of the prayer
Prayer
Lord, You who neither slumber nor sleep, I place myself under Your protection today. Keep my going out and my coming in, my roads, my home, and those I love. Be a wall of fire around me, and give Your angels charge over me to keep me in all my ways. Cleanse my heart of fear and of every influence that does not come from You. Wherever I go, make me a channel of peace and blessing, not of fear. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Key Line
